Extra Work = Extraordinary Results

Coach Watts is a firm believer that showing up just on game and practice days will only get you so far, and that it takes an immense amount of time spent doing the extra work to make a premier specialist. Coach has been all over the US looking for the top athletic training programs, working with incredible lifters like Westside Barbell, or top tier flexibility and yoga programs in multiple states to build a system to minimize injuries for his athletes. This extra effort into what his athletes are expected to do outside of the regular football program is what sets them apart, and helps to give them an edge come crunch time.
